We’ll need access to all areas that need to be sealed, including locked or gated areas, and sprinklers will need to be shut off. And don’t worry, we’ll clean everything up with mechanical blowers and brooms or a sweeper truck before we start.

But when can we actually apply the sealcoat? The weather has to be just right – the air and pavement temperature should be at least 55 degrees Fahrenheit while we apply the sealer and for the following 8 hours. And after we’re done, you’ll need to keep your lot off-limits to traffic for at least 24 hours.

But don’t worry, we know you’ve got a business to run. We can perform the sealcoating in off-peak hours or in several separate sessions to accommodate your schedule. Just remember not to hose down, wash, or use sprinklers on your lot for 48 hours before and after the work is done.
